Corning HI 1060 High Numerical Aperture Fiber

Corning’s HI 1060 fiber features high numerical aperture and high core index of refraction.

It operates single mode at 980nm (2.1dB/km attenuation), 1060nm(1.5dB/km attenuation) and above.This fiber is suitable as component fiber for EDFAs, couplers, other DWDM components and pigtails for pump laser diodes.

This fiber enables efficient coupling and low bend loss within photonic products when used as component pigtails.
